As individuals we are having to make more and more provision for our own health needs.
Antley Villa Dental Practice believes that the best way of making treatment affordable, without compromising our high quality of care, is to offer you membership of our Practice Plan which provides the following benefits:

Your Child's Dental Care
Registered children can be seen on the NHS until the age of 18.
£12.50 per month
- Two dental reviews per year providing:
- clinical examination
- screening for oral cancer
- small intra-oral x-rays where clinically necessary
- two scale and polish visits per year
- advice on prevention of gum disease and decay
- All treatment planning for your future dental needs
- All subsequent remedial work within 12
- months of recommended restorative work
- 20% reduction off any laboratory based treatments required. i.e. crowns, bridges and dentures
- 20% reduction off any fillings
- 20% reduction off other dental work (extractions etc)
- 20% reduction off any additional hygiene work
- Emergency and out-of -hours cover for pain relief
- UK and Worldwide emergency cover with 24 hour helpline
- Accidental injury (external) cover up to £10,000 for treatment required

You Do Not Need to Be 'Dentally Fit' to Join
You can join right away and enjoy the peace of mind afforded by our scheme. Any treatment is excluded from the plan but can be carried out at your convenience on a private basis. Over an agreed amount the costs can be spread over a number of months.
Accident and Emergency Insurance
If you are away from home and have to see a dentist in an emergency you should receive temporary treatment necessary to render you in a comfortable condition. You should pay the dentist and ask for a written receipt and details of the treatment carried out. On your return home, we will help you fill in a claim form and forward this to the insurers.
We will also help you fill in a claim form should you need treatment for a dental injury.
If the treatment is likely to cost more than £175.00 (and thus require prior authorisation from DPAS, the insurers) we will provide a costed treatment plan. An assessment by an independent dentist may be requested before treatment is authorised.

How Do I Register?
If you wish to register please complete a Direct Debit Mandate (available from the practice) for each adult family member who wishes to register on the plan.
